We stand by our gear 100%. If you don’t love it, list it (just kidding – send it back within 90 days!). All you have to do is contact our Customer Support team and we will get you taken care of: call us at 1-844-267-1453 Monday – Friday between 8 am and 6 pm EST, or shoot us an email at support@lizardhead.com.

Customer Satisfaction & Timeline for Returns:

If the customer is not 100% satisfied with one of our product's quality, they may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange with a valid receipt. After 90 days, we will consider any item(s) for return that is defective due to materials or craftsmanship.

LizardHead Receives and Processes Your Return/Exchange. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES BY MAIL:

1. Complete the form on your packing list. 

2. Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the appropriate address below. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has been processed.
